1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a trip with WMYT Luxury Journeys ("WMYT", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Guest", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with a booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and the required deposit payment. WMYT will issue a booking confirmation letter specifying the itinerary, inclusions, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in the currency agreed at booking (USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD). Prices include only the services explicitly listed in your confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total trip value is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 60 days before the trip start date. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to support@wemakeyourtrip.com. • 60+ days before departure: Full refund of deposit, minus bank processing fees • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip value paid • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of total trip value paid • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund In the event of an extraordinary or force majeure event (natural disaster, government travel ban, pandemic), WMYT will offer a trip credit valid for 24 months.
5. Changes to Itinerary
WMYT reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, safety concerns, supplier changes, or force majeure events. Where changes significantly affect the trip experience, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives of equivalent or superior value. WMYT is not liable for additional costs arising from force majeure changes.
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all WMYT journeys. Your policy must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and personal liability. WMYT is not responsible for costs arising from a Guest's failure to hold adequate insurance coverage.
7. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date), applicable visas, and any required health documentation (vaccinations, negative test results, etc.). WMYT provides guidance but assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or entry.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to: • Behave respectfully towards local communities, environments, and wildlife • Follow the instructions of WMYT guides and partners • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in planned activities • Not engage in illegal activity during any WMYT programme WMYT reserves the right to remove a Guest from a trip at their own expense if their conduct endangers others or violates these terms.
9. Liability Limitation
WMYT acts as a travel organiser coordinating services provided by independent third parties (hotels, airlines, guides, transfer operators). While we carefully vet all partners, WMYT is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers. Our total liability to any Guest in any circumstances shall not exceed the total price paid for the trip.
10. Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please raise it immediately with your WMYT concierge on the ground so we can resolve it promptly. If unresolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return date. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the WMYT website — including text, images, itineraries, and branding — is the intellectual property of WMYT Luxury Journeys. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
